I hereby announce that I will not purchase any Sony products from this point until the company ends it’s new “copy protected CD” policy that prevents me from playing my legally purchased CD’s on legally purchased equipment. This includes all media, or hardware made by Sony.

So let me get this straight. Sony is protecting their assets. Since you cant pirate Sony CD’s you want to boycott Sony? Now I have heard everything.

I feel your pain. However, Sony agree’d to remove this protection and made a formal apology. Suppose I could write a followup entry on it, but I dunno.
