MacWorld 2006 Expo
9 01 2006
The MacWorld 2006 Expo is just around the corner — actually, starting today, through the 18th.
Steve Jobs is said to attend the expo making another keynote speech, where he may announce some new goodies in the Apple world.
From what I have read, there may be a release of a new iPod Shuffle - possibly with a screen, and in black. All of this is rumours, however.
There is also word that Apple may reveal details about the new Apple’s which will feature Intel based processors - unlike the now used PowerPC cores. The Intel Mac’s were said said to debut sometime in 2006.
Last year, Steve Jobs unveiled the Mac Mini at this expo, so it is very possible that he may unveil something very big this year.
Jake Jarvis made an interesting point on his blog — Intel changed its logo just a week before this expo. Could this be a sign, or all coincidence?
According to ThinkSecret, Apple intends to release an inexpensive Apple Laptop for iPod users to have a taste of the Macintosh experience. The moment anything happens, I will be sure to update you.
Enjoy!
Jesse
