Since the recent re-design over at Digg.com, it seems disgruntled users are voting with their feet.

Many people don’t like the new design, favouring the old layout – This has had a knock on effect on the site’s traffic, as reported by Hitwise.

Reports show that since the end of August, Digg.com has lost almost 35% of its UK traffic, and over 25% of its US traffic.

If ever there was an example of how the “customer” or in this case, website visitor, is always right – this is it.

If you change your site and people don’t like it, remember, they may very well stop using it.
